Precision Flight. Devastating Penetration. Industry-Tested as One of the Top Broadheads in the World.
The Katana 100 Grain 2-Blade Broadhead is a lethal evolution in broadhead performance — combining Annihilator’s patented cavitation scoop technology with an optimized single-bevel, crosscut blade design. Independently rated as one of the top-performing broadheads on the market, the Katana delivers deeper penetration, more efficient wound channels, and quiet flight like no other.
Inspired by the most lethal swords ever made, the Katana’s blades are sharp on one side only for enhanced lacerating effect, paired with a steep angle for bone-splitting impact. The unique scoop shape reduces friction, induces internal pressure changes, and removes mass for wider, non-closing wound channels — meaning faster animal expiration and better blood trails.
Whether you're shooting a compound, crossbow, longbow, or traditional setup, the Katana is engineered to fly like a field point, self-align to your insert, and punch holes through game of any size.
The Katana comes standard with right single-bevel primary edges, while the bleeder blades include a mix of both right and left bevels. In flight, the bevel is not strong enough to override your arrow’s fletching rotation. Upon impact, the primary blades will naturally want to rotate to the right. If you're using left helical or offset fletching, the arrow may drive straighter — but this has minimal effect on energy or penetration.
The Katana is engineered to maximize penetration regardless of arrow rotation and has proven to be one of the most efficient broadheads on the market. Because of this, we currently don’t feel a left bevel is necessary — and believe most bowhunters will agree after seeing how it performs in the field.
That said, we always listen to our customers. If enough people request a true left bevel version, we’re open to making it in the future.
The Katana is a 2-blade fixed broadhead with single bevel edges and a steeper blade angle, offering deeper penetration and quieter flight. It still uses Annihilator’s patented cavitation scoop for lethal wound channels, but in a slimmer, more aerodynamic form than the Original 3-blade.
Yes! The Katana is made from a single piece of hardened steel and can be resharpened with a flat diamond stone or similar sharpening tool. It's built to be reused hunt after hunt.
Regulations vary by state. Please check with your state’s fish and game department regarding blade count, cut diameter, and broadhead style requirements.
The Katana works great with compound bows, crossbows, traditional bows, and longbows. Make sure your arrows are properly spined and your bow is tuned for optimal accuracy and performance.
