Shipping Policy

At Annihilator Broadheads it is our intention to get your shipment to you as fast and reliably as possible. We highly value our customers and do our best to provide an optimal customer experience at every touchpoint.

Shipping Details

Please note that all shipping time frames are estimates from the time the items are shipped and there is no guarantee your order will arrive within the estimated time frame. However, the shipping providers we choose have exceptional track records for getting our packages delivered within the estimated time frames, which is why we use them over others.

For all products fulfilled directly from us, we typically process orders within 2 to 3 business days. We do not process orders or ship on weekends. Orders taken on Fridays will ship Monday or Tuesday of the following week. During seasons of high demand, processing times may increase slightly but we do our best to get orders out promptly. Broadhead targets ship directly from the manufacturer and require a physical address (cannot be shipped to PO boxes).

Our default domestic shipping option is USPS First Class for orders less than 1lb and USPS Priority for any orders at or over 1lb.

International orders will ship FedEx Ground (Canada) and FedEx International Economy to the rest of the world. While FedEx costs may be higher than other options, FedEx is the only shipping carrier that consistently delivers packages to our customers on-time and includes tracking details at every step including when packages arrive at customs. We frequently have lost packages or have had them hung up at customs for months when using other carriers, so we decided to use FedEx as our sole international option. Something to note is that FedEx does not guarantee transit over the weekend.

Each shipment that goes out triggers an automated email confirming your order has moved to a 'shipped' status and includes tracking details. These emails are sent from our eCommerce system and are automatically sent to whatever email address provided to us during checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this email within our standard order processing times.
